2ndLt Register is an outstanding young Marine Officer who is a natural leader and
clearly demonstrated this in becoming an excellent exercise detachment Executive Officer
during the Korean Military Exchange Program (KMEP), and continuing mission
accomplishment as the Assistant Logistics Officer. 2ndLt Register is a trusted and
completely dependable Officer who has the confidence of his superior Officers and
subordinate Marines in every task and mission he engages in. He is actively engaged in
furthering his PME, and has made important contributions as the battalion's Suicide
Awareness program, regularly teaching scheduled briefs and classes for the subject.
This Marine has a bright future in the Marine Corps and makes the Marines and Sailors
around him better service members. I highly recommend 2ndLt Register for retention,
career designation, future promotion, and billets of increasing responsibility.

Lt Register's ability to lead Marines, execute with commander's intent, and handle the
responsibilities of being in charge are impressive. MRO had an outstanding performance
leading the RBE element to complete training and provide external support--an admirable
accomplishment given the challenges of not having senior leadership present.
Additionally, MRO demonstrated his value at KMEP as he fulfilled the Operations Officer
duties providing maintenance/communications support to the BLT. MRO is performing ahead
of his peers, is a must for career designation and promotion at first opportunity.
