 Set-up of 50 wells for Texas on a monthly basis

400k in penalties and interest
 Analyzed and prepared monthly volumetric reports and severance reports for Texas, which prevented the
threat of wells being shut-in, which carried a penalty of $100 for a sealorder to be lifted and the possible loss
of $4 million in sales for volumetric and tax liability of an average of $4 Million monthly for severance
 Reconciled assigned balance sheet accounts which resulted in discovery of a over payment of $5 Million to
the State of Texas in addition was team lead on special adjustment notice program which resulted in the
recovery of the $5 Million over payment to the State of Texas
ACCOUNTANT 1999 – 2001
 Analyzed, prepared and paid production taxes for the State of Utah on a quarterly basis, and the State of New
Mexico, which resulted in a tax liability of $460K quarterly for the State of Utah and $40K for the State of
New Mexico
 Exercised tax abatement program for the State of Utah and New Mexico, which allowed the company an
average savings of $400K quarterly and $1 Million annually for Utah and $98K for New Mexico in addition
liaised with property accounting which had a direct effect on the tax abatement program allotted by the State
of Utah
