A
lminar has become one of the most sought after and successful projects
in Marbella. Developed by respected and long established Spanish
company Grupo Insur, (founded in 1945 and listed on the Spanish Stock Ex-
change since 1983), Phase One was hugely successful and the announcement
of Phase Two has already generated huge interest among investors.
Alminar is located in La Cerquilla, regarded as the jewel of Nueva Andalucia,
Marbella’s ‘Golf Valley’, and less than ten minutes’ drive from Puerto Banus
marina and its beaches. Nueva Andalucia itself has an excellent range of res-
taurants, bars and other facilities and is easily accessible via the A7 toll road,
making both Malaga and Gibraltar airports less than 40 minutes’ drive away.
Phase I proved a huge success and Grupo Insur is now ready to begin con-
struction of Phase II. This will consist of 44 two, three and four bedroom apart-
ments and is set to improve on the already high standards of the first phase.
With construction of Phase II due to break ground before the end of the year
and completion scheduled by the end of 2015, investors currently have an ex-
cellent window of opportunity to purchase units off plan at extremely attractive
prices.

a Cerquilla is widely regarded as the jewel of Nueva Andalucia. A mature
and well established area, Nueva Andalucia is internationally recognised
as one of the most desirable locations in Marbella with a huge variety of prop-
erties available, from studios to multi-million euro villas.
Very much the centre of golf in Marbella, Nueva Andalucia is home to three in-
ternational standard golf courses Aloha, Las Brisas and Los Naranjos. Located
directly opposite Puerto Banus, Nueva Andalucia also has a huge selection
of bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets and is very popular with the
holiday market as well as the long term residential market.
There are excellent communication links to both Malaga and Gibraltar with their
international airports and other Spanish cities can be easily reached by either
road or the renowned AVE high speed rail link.
Alminar de Marbella is located in El Cerquilla, a well maintained urbanisation,
located close to the Las Brisas golf course, that mainly comprises of mature
detached villas.

he development itself has been built in what is widely considered as
Classic Marbella style - a delightful fusion of both Spanish and Moorish
