Unit 73 ig3 assignment programming sound assets to a game 2013_y2
Task 7
1. Task 7 – Post Production
The program that I used to edit the animation sequence and add in audio is called Adobe Premiere Pro, it is relatively easy to use once you get used to the
functions of the program.

2. Animation Bar
This is the area of where you can edit the video
footage; it is located at the bottom of the
screen.
These are the frames that are used to be edited, and make
the animation run speed you desire.
These are the tool s that was used, they vary from cutting
and stretching the animation sequence, as well have other
properties.
3. Audio Bar
The audio bar was used to edit audio, and make it fir the
animation sequence duration.
This is where I cut and stretched my audio sequence to match the animation, the audio bar shows all the
information you need to match the two features. Frames, seconds and other useful tools to make sure they
last the exact same amount of time.
This sliding feature is used to zoom into the audio or
animation bar, to make more precise actions with the
editing tools.
4. On screen Information / animation
This is an image of an animation that is shown on the screen as I play the sequence, if I want to know
how far the animation is into the sequence then I have to look at the animation bar, to see how
many frames into the animation I am, and how many seconds have passed corresponding to the
frames per second.
This screen shows what the viewers will be watching as they play your
animation, it is there to show any faults as the animation plays, such as
cameras travelling through walls, lack of lighting and other similar faults
in the animation. I had a few of these errors, and the onscreen player
helped show around where the fault occurred.
These items are a mix of audio
sequences, animation
sequences, and possibly other
files being added to the
animation.
