Description: PeopleSoft - is a packagesoftware solution offered by Oraclethatprovides Human Resource
Management Systems (HRMS) capabilitiesfor the vast majority of Target's domestic Team Member population.
PeopleSoft's product suitewas initially based on a client–server approach with a dedicated client. With the releaseof
version 9, the entire suite moved to a web-centric design called PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA). The new format
allowed all of a company's business functions to be accessed and run on a web browser. Originally,a small number of
security and system setup functions still needed to be performed on a fat clientmachine; however, this is no longer the
case.The application can function as an ERP,similar to SAP, but can also be used for singlemodules - for example,
Student Admin or HCM alone.

Description: JAS - The Job Application Systemor JAS is a piece of talent acquisition/ management software developed
in-housethat store and DCs use to hirenon-exempt applicants and managenon-exempt team members. The JAS
system is made up of three parts:
1. Applicant Experience: The applicant experience is the guest facing portion of JAS. Accessed via the internet or the
JS Kiosk.
2. Team Member Experience: Team members can search and apply for open positions at stores and distribution
centers via the internet of the eHR Kiosk.
3. Hiring Manager: used by the HR Team to view and move applications through the screening and selection,
interviewing and hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
Identifying the business needs and develop requirements for testing.
End to End process flow testing for upgrades.
