Materials released to NWA's that do not flow through the GPD process were not being captured in
an EV finance specific report, so were not carried in material forecasts. Analyst identified the issue
and assisted SAP programming specialist in evaluating and implementing system enhancements.
Enhancements resulted in program’s ability to improve forecast by over $1M that was previously
missing.

financial targets. Provided daily status inputs on PO invoices, coordinated with IPT leads and
Procurement staff to drive vendors to submit invoices in conjunction with daily changes to cash
flows. Worked closely with MRP scheduler to ensure raw materials were setup correctly in SAP for
costing/tracking purposes, as well as driving those costs to completion in 2014 to meet IRAD
financial goals.

projects via the GPD process, and enabled analysts to engage in more pro-active analysis instead of
part chasing (reactive).
• 2014: recruited by Business Operations Program Management to support major development
program as a multifunctional business analyst. Responsibilities include financial forecasting,
program scheduling, contracts support, process improvements.
