 Wrote the New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) Strategic plans for 2003 & 2009.
 Developed and negotiated the Strategic Cross Border Plan resulting in an International Agreement
between Pakistan and Afghanistan in 2012.
Leadership and Personnel Development:
 Motivated, trained and managed personnel affording them opportunities for greater success.
 Over ten years, successfully developed and promoted more company grade and field grade leaders for the
NYARNG than any other Senior Executive.

FEMO Region II states.

 Managed over $75 million USD in equipment, and a $15 Million USD annual training budget with
accountability to the dollar and with no losses.
