Career Summary
I am a highly-motivated Urban and Environmental Planner with a strong Civil Engineering
background. Over the years, I have gained, both planning and engineering professional work
experiences in government sectors including State and local jurisdictions. I have gained an extensive
working knowledge in developing State Implementation Plans (SIPs) to demonstrate the attainment
of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) National Ambient Air Standards (NAAQS).
Additionally, I am a professional Urban Planner with a proven proficiency in exercising Urban
Planning ethical practices to enforce development regulations by assisting engineers, architects,
planners, and stack holders to meet the designated standard development procedures. Furthermore, I
have used my professional work experiences that I have acquire from Urban, Environmental, and
Engineering fields to teach the senior year undergraduate students who were pursuing their Bachelor

Assisted in identifying alternative traffic routes to entering and leaving south of the City of Winslow
from Phoenix, Arizona, through Arizona State Route 87 (Beeline). Additionally, introduced the use
of ArcGIS application to the City of Winslow and the use of electronic media to help enhance City’s
Budget Management and Cost Reductions.
Primary technical participant in developing Speed Study for the City of Scottsdale, public schools.
The findings from this study were the principal determinant factors used to set the speed limits around
the City of Scottsdale’s school areas.
