 Have a goal for errors on orders and track it!
 My current organization has a goal of less than
2%, so we expect and strive for 2 issues or less per
100 orders we produce!
 Keep track of these issues to make sure you are
offering the correct training, responding to any
systemic issues and keeping people accountable.

7. Anyone can put food into containers and claim
that they are a caterer.To be successful long-
term, you have to build a strong foundation.
This foundation includes a team that is fully
vested in your mission, works hard to improve
