I would like to recommend Jennifer Rouse for any position in your company for which
she qualifies. As a nurse educator, I have had the pleasure of working with Jennifer
for the last year, and I have found her to have the outstanding qualities synonymous
with a great sales person. She has exemplified persistence, endurance, and a “can do”
attitude that has helped set her apart from other specialty sales representatives in the
area.
Success can be measured in multiple ways but, as a clinician, I believe there are 3 key
characteristics that are most often found in a successful pharmaceutical sales
representative: superior product knowledge, passion for the product they represent,
and a heart for the patients whom they ultimately serve. I have been fortunate enough
to watch Jennifer consistently embody each of these characteristics during our
appointments, and rarely have I left a clinic without someone stopping to tell me how
much they appreciate Jennifer’sattitude of genuine concernfor all patients. She has
learned the fine art of balancing tenacity with compassion. She is competitive - always
striving to be on top - but she is also the first person to give a hand up to a team
member in need. She is able keepa competitive edge, while not losing sight of the
greater good.
Jennifer Rouse is an intelligent, highly motivated, team player who is capable of
success in any arena or situation. While I will miss working with her here at Insys
