I was excited to see your opening for a managerial position. If you are looking for someone who is able to
dig into data, see what is working and (what is not), challenges the status quo, and shares your vision of
driving forward to success,I believe our meeting would be exciting for both of us.
My background includes serving as a medical professional within both surgical services and a clinical
setting. I have in the medical field for close to 18 years. I added to my need for challenges and I am
currently completing my degree in healthcare management. I always look to expand my knowledge and
experience within healthcare.
Most recently, I work as a certified medical assistant for Fairview Health Services, where I am currently
responsible for the daily operations of the urology clinic providing patient flow direction and support. I
possess a well-rounded background with demonstrated success in leading and participating in a diverse
department, strategic planning and relationships. This includes direct patient care,ordering materials and
supplies, participating in high level disinfection, unify workflow, train and assist other team members
with teamwork throughout the system. I also bring strong proficiencies in MS Office and Epic.
Previously, I worked within other clinical settings as well as the surgical department at Abbott
Northwestern hospital. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to overcome many different obstacles
and assisted in aiding to the solutions of issues and complaints. I consistently met my achievement goals
and assisted as many patients as possible.
I am a task orientated person who is methodical about making sure the current policies and procedures are
current, effective, and continue to be beneficial for the organization and can be followed to the best of the
team’s abilities. My organizational skills that I have developed are a great asset that I would bring into the
position.
