2. For Nurse’s Week 2017 We asked each member of our
team to answer the following question;
What do you LOVE about
working with nurses?
Here’s what they said;
3. “I enjoy helping those who invest their lives helping others. Nurses
care for our loved ones often during their weakest and darkest
times, and many times when we are not at our best. Their skills
and attention not only help us to gain strength, the love they share
keeps us going when we can’t see the light through the darkness.”
Michael Duggan
Managing Partner
4. Nurses are often undervalued and overworked as they keep the
hospitals running, but still prioritize others above themselves day in and
day out.
Tim Meyers
Research Analyst
5. Nurses are outside of themselves; always caring about the patient, not
themselves first.
They are also fun! They deal with such heavy stuff all day long; I find
them refreshing to speak with and love to hear them laugh.
They are smart! Nurses are constantly learning and progressing in their
field.
Amy Jensen
Senior Partner
6. For me, it is heartwarming and enlightening to hear the inner,
enthusiastic energy and vivaciousness of a Nurse as they describe their
experiences. Their desire to develop their skills, grow in responsibility
and achieve peak performance is inspiring and empowering. And no
one exudes caring and devotion for their profession like a nurse! Happy
Nurse’s Week!
Dinah Golding
VP of Recruitment
7. I enjoy working with nurses, because it allows us to help them when
they spend so much of their time putting their own needs on hold to
focus on helping others.
Caitlynn Sullivan
Recruiter
8. I am thankful to all nurses especially the ones who take the time to sit
with a scared new mom waiting on test results for her sick baby. Happy
Nurses Week to You All!
Rachel Kellar

9. “The last time my wife and I were at a hospital we had a great nurse,
Shaunna, who made us feel comfortable and eased our worries. It was
easy to tell she really cared for us and her work. That is why I love
working with nurses. They are dedicated and caring and they are there
for people during the bad times as well as the good. Thank you all!”
Jason Isenhart

10. It’s amazing to know that each person I communicate with each day has
dedicated their lives to helping and healing others. Knowing that the
people we help are called to aid all who need them makes me want to
work even harder!
Jordan D. Parsons
Executive Assistant
11. “My favorite quote that describes a nurse is;
“Nurse- Just another word to describe a person strong enough to
tolerate everything and soft enough to understand everyone.”
That pretty much sums it up… THANK YOU for BEING YOU. We, as a
society, wouldn’t be who were are, wouldn’t be where we are, and we
couldn’t survive without YOU. Thank you for ALL you do.”
Drew Wyatt
Managing Partner
12. Nurses truly are the heart of the hospital. The nurses I speak to are
always so passionate about their field and making a difference.
Ginny Ganley
Research Analyst
13. The best part of working with nurses on a daily basis is being able to
give back to individuals who selflessly dedicate their lives to care for
others. It puts a smile on my face daily to have the opportunity to put a
nurse and his/her needs first just as they have done for so many of our
loved ones; for that, I thank you! Happy Nurses Week, 2017!
Tania Pena
Managing Partner
14. I love working with nurses because they are so important! Without
them, our healthcare system would lose its heart and soul. Their kind
and caring nature is always apparent, and it is a privilege to work with
them.
Lisa Gauen
Recruiter
15. Nurses touch a life and dispense comfort, compassion and caring
without even a prescription.
Alison Holland
Executive Recruiter
16. The best part of working with nurses on a daily basis, is truly
understanding how much they care about taking care of people. Their
passion for helping people shines through on nearly every call!
Adam Patterson

17. My mom recently retired after 40+ years as a nurse and nursing leader
and I saw firsthand the sacrifices that she made, the toll that it took on
her physically and emotionally and the true passion that she had in
serving patients every day.
The best part of working with nurses is our ability to help them progress
their careers and get into the right situation, surrounded by the right
people, in the right hospital that believes in them and gives them the
tools they need in order to be successful.
