Project Description
• Jeff was on the infrastructure team that I was leading. He came in to build servers and
also performed day to day duties.
Cultural Environment
• Jeff was on a team with 7 other people that worked within the data center.
Job Duties & Technologies
• Jeff was a part of the team responsible for building the servers. His day to say duties
included troubleshooting, decommissioning and backing up the servers.
Technical Performance & Ability
• Jeff had very strong technical skills. He took care of everything that the rest of the team
struggled with. We had a mixed shop - both Windows and Linux.
Non-Technical Skills
• Jeff got very excited for new responsibilities. He is very good when it comes to
documentation. He documented each ticket in detail.
Strengths & Areas for Improvement
• His biggest strength is his dedication. If Jeff knows what his end goal is, he will make
sure he finds a way to get there. He was always eager to learn.
Attendance & Reliability
• Jeff showed up on time and did not miss any days.

Project Description
• Jeff was part of the Tier 2 Support team. He performed business as usual duties during
the work week while also doing project work on weekends, off hours and holidays.
Cultural Environment
• Jeff was a part of a team of 5. It was a very fast paced, high pressure environment. The
company was expanding quickly. It required a lot of weekend and Holiday work. Jeff was
willing to work whenever to get the job done.
Job Duties & Technologies
• It was an exclusively Windows environment. Jeff built servers, configured computers and
printers. At times Jeff would reconfigure an entire computer. Jeff did backups, restores and a lot
of troubleshooting. There was project work on weekends and holidays. During take overs and
new acquisitions the team would go into the bank being taken over have to get the new software
in and configure the server.
Technical Performance & Ability
• Jeff had a very strong technical ability. When other people on the team had questions
they came to Jeff. He was one of my two go to guys on the team that I went to for top priorities.
Non-Technical Skills
• Jeff is very personable. He is easy to talk to and is able to explain things to people of
various technical levels in a way that they understand.
Strengths & Areas for Improvement
• His biggest strength was his familiarity with all of the banks various products and
procedures. Jeff has a great memory. One he learned something new he retained it forever.
Attendance & Reliability
• Jeff was the definition of reliable. He never called in sick and would never turn down
weekend or Holiday assignments.
Rehire Eligibility
• Yes, I know his capabilities. He will get the job done in a timely manner.
