Robert Schwarz provided excellent customer service and technical support as part of the Help Desk. A project manager wrote to recommend Robert for his skill, friendliness and ability to quickly resolve issues. In one instance, Robert went above and beyond to get an old laptop functional by installing new software and enabling remote access, allowing the manager to work overtime and meet critical deadlines. Based on previous experiences, the manager highly recommends Robert as someone competent, professional and timely.

To Whom It May Concern:
I have had the pleasure of working with Robert Schwarz whenever I was struggling with
a problem with my system and he was on the receiving end of calls to the Help Desk.
Robert was always pleasant, skilled, friendly, and professional. I was always pleased
when he was the one who answered my call with the confidence of knowing the
problem would be resolved competently and quickly.
One instance that stands out in particular was the need to get a very old laptop
functional as a spare for the Pricing Department during the time I was a member of that
group. This laptop had been handed down from two different Product Engineers and
was the oldest still on campus - a very battered, tired Dell 510. It was the only spare the
Pricing Department had; I needed to work a lot of overtime for some tight deadlines,
and needed to do some of that work from home. Robert went above and beyond to get
the old software stripped out; the newest software installed, and he got the remote
working on it. Without his tireless and speedy help I would not have been able to make
some critical deadlines.
Based on the times I have worked with Robert, I can highly recommend him as someone
who is competent, professional, and will get the job done in a timely manner.
