Goals:
Enforce Accountability
Weekly one-on-one meetings, twice a week, for 10 minutes on
Monday Thursday, to discuss results
No cancellations from reps to ensure production
Goals:
Increase Numbers
Review conversions to ensure weak conversion rep will receive
training from a team leader
Reps who hit goals, regardless of title, will teach a subject at
product knowledge. I will write a letter of recommendation
acknowledging accomplishment.
Improve time management
Goals:
Promote Teamwork
Give extra non monetary awards if we meet team
budgets to promote team work
