potential problems that may prevent or delay dataset releases in Teamcenter 8 with NX 8. Documents
solutions related to development, validation, maintenance and implementation of processes, tools and
data. Promoted to Fluids CAD Modeling Focal and applies extensive expertise of fluids standard part
CATIA V5 models in native and database environments by representing the Product Standards Office as
the prime technical fluids contact. Oversees the design team in the development and design of CATIA
models and fluids part catalogs, the modification of existing designs, and the resolution of design
discrepancies to satisfy customer and production requirements. Validates engineering data submitted by
team members by verifying compliance to processes, standards, integration of parts, instructions, and
tools to ensure complete and accurate engineering design. Consistently exceeds expectations on
performance reviews.

Develops and maintains complex change incorporation plans as the Change Coordinator for body
structures with CATIA V5 and SmarTeam by coordinating with Stakeholders to identify relevant tasks
and constraints and obtains commitments. Orchestrates with multidisciplinary groups to review complex
proposed or required changes to the baseline automotive body structure. Develops documents,
improves and communicates organization-wide processes associated with product and configuration

training courseware developer. Guides the development and validation of training courseware, complex
