Facilitator of design peer reviews for manned spaceflight program in Teamcenter and NX 8. Technical

MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Increases program customers satisfaction by decreasing NX 8 and CATIA V5 part model creation &
delivery cycle time. Reduces man power cost, rework and repair and improves team’s first time quality of
dataset releases through training, mentoring and checking. Creates local work instructions for the
creation, delivery and maintenance of fluid standard part models and part catalogs for the Product
Standards Office. Lead Teamcenter training courseware developer for Boeing and General Motors.
CAREER PROGRESSION:
THE BOEING CO. 8-2011 to present.
Reduces errors and inefficiency by chairing integrated engineering peer review meetings to resolve
potential problems that may prevent or delay dataset releases in Teamcenter 8 with NX 8. Documents
solutions related to development, validation, maintenance and implementation of processes, tools and
data. Promoted to Fluids CAD Modeling Focal and applies extensive expertise of fluids standard part
CATIA V5 models in native and database environments by representing the Product Standards Office as
the prime technical fluids contact. Oversees the design team in the development and design of CATIA
models and fluids part catalogs, the modification of existing designs, and the resolution of design
discrepancies to satisfy customer and production requirements. Validates engineering data submitted by
team members by verifying compliance to processes, standards, integration of parts, instructions, and
tools to ensure complete and accurate engineering design. Consistently exceeds expectations on
performance reviews.
FISKER AUTOMOTIVE. 9-2010 to 8-2011.
Develops and maintains complex change incorporation plans as the Change Coordinator for body
structures with CATIA V5 and SmarTeam by coordinating with Stakeholders to identify relevant tasks
and constraints and obtains commitments. Orchestrates with multidisciplinary groups to review complex
proposed or required changes to the baseline automotive body structure. Develops documents,
improves and communicates organization-wide processes associated with product and configuration
change activities by reviewing, creating, updating and training as necessary for continuous improvement
and business and regulatory compliance.

Develops, documents, implements and consults the application of Teamcenter Engineering tools,
processes and standards by serving as a senior Teamcenter and CATIA V5 integration trainer and
training courseware developer. Guides the development and validation of training courseware, complex
tip sheets and user guides. Provides subject matter expert guidance in developing and delivering
training materials and plans. Populates the Teamcenter CATIA V5 integration training database with
design and process examples and exercise data based on analysis of business and training
requirements. Instructs training classes in ENOVIA, CATIA V5, Teamcenter Engineering and NX for
audiences composed of Design and Manufacturing Engineers, Data Management and IT personnel and
Managers. Mentors, advises and trains the Engineering Design and Manufacturing Customer. Performs
as a process modeling architect for application of scalable common processes across all business units
with Contract & Supplier Data Management.
GENERAL MOTORS. Lead Product Lifecycle Management Trainer/Training Courseware Developer. 7-
1998 to 7-2004.
Guides and coordinates a team that analyzes technical objectives, captures knowledge/skill
requirements, designs, develops, tests and deploys documentation and training courseware for
Teamcenter Engineering database software systems and processes. Represents the training
organization as the prime technical contact for Teamcenter application training. Trains and validates
Trainers.
