a job posting in YourPartTime.com to an online advertisement, thus making it visually
appealing for people to click on. These advertisers will have their ads published by our
expanding group of publishers. Currently, we have over 100 (and growing) active
publishers in our network to leverage on.
JANe works by transferring your job post to an online advertisement. The job
advertisement will consist of the job title, brief job description, location, and company
logo. Once you have purchased JANe, your job advertisement in YourPartTime.com will
appear on a rotation basis at our numerous publishers’ blogs and website.
By using JANe, you will be able to extend your recruitment reach to the right job
seekers. You will be able to access to a wider pool of job seekers. The visibility of your
job post will be increased as they will be channelled back to your job posting in the
portal. JANe is also result-oriented and measurable as you only pay when users click on
your advertisement to view your job post. All these can be monitored from our online
reporting system in YourPartTime.com employers’ account.
