  1. Hello, I am Jay Bernstein, the founder and CEO of WinWin. Thank you for this opportunity to speak with you. Before we dive into who we are and what we are about, I will share with you now our “Ask”. We are seeking $750,000 for a 12% equity stake in our company. So, let me begin to tell you about WinWin. Imagine an online platform that transforms social media into a national business operations center. Small businesses collaborating with large organizations.   2. WinWin places businesses front and center, from local entrepreneurs to fortune 500 businesses. Our platform will help launch the inherent opportunities found in the business community by exploiting the power, technology, simplicity and efficiency of social media on a business-only platform. In short, WinWinUSA is business’s social media space.
  3. Up to this point, social media has been developed around an individual paradigm; connecting and networking individuals. Businesses adapted themselves to fit into this paradigm.
  4. WinWin took a much different approach; Innovate social media to fit into a business-centric paradigm by connecting and networking organizations, not individuals. In our model, organizations are the collaboration points, and individual staff are leveraged to promote opportunities for the organization.
  5. Businesses in particular face ever increasing pricing pressures, reduced margins, hordes of new competitors, limited time and more. What is missing is a system with advanced abilities utilizing the core strengths of social media.

  10. WinWin is positioned to effortlessly plug-in new business technologies and features, providing our members with expanding business collaboration opportunities, each and every month. In short, we will build WinWin into an all-inclusive business networking, collaboration, marketplace and resource center in America, and eventually we will franchise our patent-pending platform in, and for, other countries.
  11. Our market is limited only by the number of existing businesses, remote locations, divisions and departments. WinWin’s total market opportunity is in excess of 60 million members!
  12. Building on our current momentum is key. We have consistent growth in membership, press exposure, and revenue from our Call Center. With targeted on-line marketing and advertising, we can realize significant growth in our membership base and premium sales within a modest budget.
  13. We employ a base freemium subscription model with additional revenue contributions coming from premium services and advertisements.
  14. So why are our members signing in and using WinWin? Because it works! The business community is ready for a space to call their own. They are ready for WinWinUSA.com!
  15. We are smart enough to know what we don’t know and count on professional, experienced advisors and a talented internal team to consistently move us forward. As an example, our team ensured we quickly and correctly filed patents protecting our assets.
  16. With the help of our advisors, our team ensures this company is protected and ready for the next stage. WinWin is incorporated and the founders provided approximately $1 Million in starting capital, supplemented by approximately $423,000 of investor financing. Our starting capital was used for product development, member acquisition, building our call center and initial base marketing. None of the initial investment has gone to the owners, who are actively involved in the company.
  17. We are seeking to partner with investors for experienced mentorship and expertise in social media and web-based networking platforms. We are seeking $750,000 for a 12% equity stake, based on a valuation of $6.25 million. The capital will be used to: Invest in online and targeted marketing for high-growth, high-value national member acquisitions Expand our revenue generating Call Center & Ad Agency And developing additional enhancements and features.
