2. Walk around your new neighbourhood and pay attention because all the streets
and houses looks like the same!
3.
4. Learn the buses timetable as soon as posible and be sure about where they go!
5. The experience with the host family could be wonderful or a nightmare! Sometimes it
depends on your adapting capacity.
Try to be punctual, talkative and be patient if you don´t like something that is not really
important. All families have their own tics or dislikes.
6. If you have the oportunity, try to go out with
your host family to do a different activity.
In my case, it was a good experience for me to
know interesting places and to talk to other
people about different issues.
7. I went to the North of
Chichester with a
trekking club. Some of
them used to walk with
their dogs.
It was really nice to talk
with them about how
important are pets por
English people, about
Nature and their
favourite trips.
8. To make new friends is always a
rewarding experience.
Is important to talk with other people
out of the Chichester Campus to talk
about ot different issues than Education
to improve your english far from your
“confort area”
25. Another advice is:
Try to do the same things as you
used to do in Spain.
Go to the gym makes your mind
and your body ready to study and
work hard the next day…
26. Try to feel comfortable in the Campus. It is a good place to
work and to have meetins with your partners
27. Work hard, be a practical person, be concrete and
don´t feel stress because of your homework.
