Javier Pérez Blasco worked for 17 months as a consultant engineer for VOSSLOH Spain through ALTEN Spain. He managed, implemented, and monitored modifications to locomotive projects due to design and production changes using SAP software. Javier collaborated with other departments and suppliers, both national and international. He demonstrated commitment, technical knowledge, responsibility, and communication skills in getting jobs done successfully regardless of complexity or tight deadlines. To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this letter to acknowledge the excellent work provided by Javier
Pérez Blasco during his 17 months contract in ALTEN Spain. He has worked outsorced
by VOSSLOH Spain as a consultant engineer for the Methods Department in the
Assembly Plant Factory.
Javier was given technical responsibilities which entailed to manage, implement
and monitor the modifications in the locomotives projects due to design and production
changes with the use of the software SAP. It requires that he has studied the
components and production process of the different locomotives. It also requires that he
has interfaced with people at all levels in the company and suppliers organizations,
nationals and internationals. He has collaborated with other company’s departments
(Design Engineering, Production, Logistics and Purchase). In this very successful
undertaking Javier has demonstrated his commitment to get the job done successfully
regardless of how complex the job or how tight the timing was. He has also
demonstrated his pursuit to find the right solution and his communication skills.
In this time, Javier has showed not only great technical knowledge, but also to
be a responsible person, dynamic, committed with his tasks and honest.
He is a true professional and person who thrives on the challenges proposed by
diverse sources and ever-changing requirements. His enthusiasm and talent are evident
in the quality of his work. Javier is a team player and a very personable and
conscientious individual who has been a real asset for our department.
