Una de las cosas que más me sorprendió cuando empecé a trabajar con él, es su implicación en el Sistema de Gestión de la Empresa, lo cual, no es fácil de encontrar; él se ajustaba fielmente a ese “papel” de Compromiso por parte de la Alta Dirección que establece la norma y lo aplicaba en su trabajo diario lo cual ,fue fundamental para conseguir el éxito de implantación del Sistema. Desde el punto de vista más “humano” es accesible, siempre estaba ahí para escucharte, para motivarte y en todo momento, se mostraba abierto al diálogo y a la negociación cuando no se podía cumplir un “deadline”.
