To Whom It May Concern:
I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Schmitt during the 2014-2015 school year. Jason
was a part of the custodial staff at Maple Grove Elementary and specifically, he was assigned to
my classroom. Jason always has a smile on his face. He greets everyone in the building, and will
take the time to listen to the needs of others. Jason makes sure you get what you need, in a
timely fashion. Every morning I come into my classroom with a smile on my face because it
looks wonderful. Jason truly puts effort into his work with such a positive attitude.
Mr. Schmitt would be an asset to any team. He is hard-working, caring, and enthusiastic. He
shows collaborative skills with everyone he works with. Jason goes above and beyond all that is
expected of him and it shows in all the students and staff that he works with. I am confident in
recommending Mr. Schmitt to join your team, as he has many skills and ideas to bring forth.
