Community Service
—–What have you done to help improve the lives of other people in your community?
I was part of a Score Up program in my town’s library. This helps students K-6 to prepare for testing and schoolwork
during the summer. I helped teach many students entering schoolto read, write, do basic maths, and practiced reading
comprehension.
—–What interpersonal and teamwork skills have you developed fromhelping others?
My partners and I would make up fun games to help the youngerstudents to find answers without us giving it to them.
We tried to make this summer program as enjoyable as it could be.
