This letter serves as a reference for Esme Bester, who has worked as a Kindergarten Teacher for the
English Program at Sithammarat Suksa School in Nakon Si Thammarat, Thailand. We have been very
blessed to have Esme working with us for all this time. She is a valuable asset in so many ways.
In her time here, Esme was instrumental in helping develop the curriculum and standards of learning. Her
appearance, work ethic and kindness were a standard and a positive example to her team members. She
is loved by all teachers here at the school. Esme was always willing to help wherever needed and
attended all staff meetings and provided good feedback and insight. She was keen to improve her
teaching techniques and took constructive criticism very well. She was always professional and
personable.
