WORK EXPERIENCE:
Bagdad, Iraq-Feb 2008 to Sep 2013 present worked as COES for D2 Property Office and
merged with USMI (US Embassy) on beginning of 2010. While worked at D2, I was
directly responsible for inventorying and keeping track of over 10,000 +Items with total
dollar value of over $50 Million.
• Well trained and experienced on Property Department shared my knowledge to all my
teammates where I was responsible directly for 2 ea Subcontractors, ensuring all the
Property Control Procedures are being followed by them to include daily Total Safety
Task Instruction are being completed and understandable.
• Out processing employees going on R&R, LWOP, Medical etc. ensuring that all
employees are well informed of the Property Procedures.
• As the main office for all FOB’s within the International Zone, we were ensuring that
all the Change of Location, Hand Receipts, daily property freeze reports, LDDs,
2. CANNs, CTRs and FW&T requested paper work are being submitted without any
delays and properly filled out for D&F HQ office as main office.
• Direct communication with Client needs, successfully turned over to GOI
(Government of Iraq) and Client more than 5 FOB’s as a part of D2 Prosperity
without any delays or/and any complaints. Conducted Joint Inventories with Client,
DCMA and other Contractor (ALMCO- Union III turn over), ensuring all the assets
were properly de tagged, the system (Maximo) updated accordingly and the
paperwork submitted to HQ. Daily checks on the Property Books ensuring all the
updates submitted were updated properly and on time.
Bagdad, Iraq-May 2007 to Jan. 2008 Worked as Labor Foreman at D2 Covering 7 other
FOB’s within the Green Zone and in charge of 15 Personnel (Subcontractors) maintaining
labor needs and schedules to support all D2 and ensuring all the required procedures are
being followed by all parties involved. Also, trained and experienced on all daily, weekly
and monthly reports, Time sheets, TSTI’s and Operations procedures.
Tuzla, Bosnia & Herzegovina-September 2001 to January 2007: Senior Administrative
Associate, Supply & Property for Area Support Group (ASG), Directorate of Logistics
(DOL), Eagle Base, Supervisor: Hall, Terry.
Managed over 23 sub- primary hand-receipt holders for the Task Force Eagle Areas
Support Group Property Book Office and utilizes PBUSE supply systems.
Maintain and track all Purchase Requests and Commitments (PR&C) DA Form 3953
and Report of Survey (ROS) that were submitted by the Area Support Group (ASG)
units.
Self taught in the use of the ULLS-S4 computer system and PBUSE.
Reconcile receipt transactions for material received by contract, local purchase and
other means.
Process, review and edits requisitions for disposition on non-expendable and durable
equipment for completeness, accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Monitor and submit supply requests and reports via email to the appropriate agency.
Provide customer’s services to 50 units within the Task Force Eagle.
Create and implemented an office procedure to ensure delivery of information are in a
timely manner.

3. Assisted Task Force to turn in/Lateral Transfer excess equipment from Bosnia to
Central Region.
Performs duties as the Assistant Client Owned Specialist and Assistant Property Book
Officer.
Warehouse management, pick up and issue items received from SSA.
Operating the Unit level Logistic System S-4 (ULLS S4) hand receipt program and
constantly coordinating with the Sub-hand Receipt Holders and performing physical
inventory of the PBO Property.

Tuzla, Bosnia & Herzegovina-May 2000 - August 2001: HR, Mail Clerk- for Brown &
Root Service, Fiala Base Camp, Supervisor Mike McDougald.
Operate a vehicle to transport personnel, articles and materials to and from
distribution points.
Loads, unloads and mail delivers equipment to the various sections of the
organization.
Performs receiving and sorting of various mail correspondent receive from Army
Post Office.
Provide customer service to all Ex-Pats with regard to mailroom operations.
Sort and issue incoming Army Post Office mail for all Ex-Pats housed at Fiala and
Coyote Station.
Complete log of all mail issued.
Issue and maintain accountability of all VHS and CDROM movies.
Issue rations cards to all newly arrival Ex-Pats.
Complete trip tickets, preventive maintenance reports, and accident reports in case of
accident.
Ensure that safety checks are done prior to departure and upon return.

Ensured the government tags were in place for every pieces equipment own by
Brown & Root Service’s.

maintenance and/or replacement to MWR Supervisor and DoD MWR Staff.
Issued equipment at fitness centers and trained customer on equipment as required.
