Hello,
My name is Michael and we will be working closely together on this next project. We
are looking forward to meeting you and beginning work with your company.
Please refer to the attached print out of our landscaping needs. Section A needs to be
mowed twice a month With edging and weed treatment coming once every quarter.
Section B will have to be multched with black mocha multch from your sample book.
Please let us know your advice on section C, we will be having an instillation of a statue
of our founders, so that will be a highly trafficked area. Please feel free to reach out to
me or my store owner anytime by calling (913) 441-4312.
Also, please send any invoices to our store’s mailing address. We will be budgeting
around $4,500 for yearly landscaping and promotion of your company in store. We
have contacted vendors for instillation of a sign to the left of section A, where a 3’x2’
sign can be placed advertising your company.
We will have to approve your sign before printing so please send a proof in PDF format
to our store email: FruitfulHQ@fruitful.com and if you have any physical mockups
also photograph and send as well.
