1. Overview: To review Horizons marking and social media
platforms
Purpose: To get more millennials to volunteer their time
at Horizons and market better in the community.
Awareness:
They used word of mouth and use Facebook
to show that they volunteer their time for
this organization.
Interest:
To recruit more volunteers and be more
know for their services. Then specify what
services that they provide.
Desire:
To fix there website and expand the
marketing aspect to the millennials showing
how volunteering is a good thing for the
community.
Action:
More social media outlets and find a way to
get more donations. Also share some of the
stories of the people that depend on
horizons, or the people that volunteer
there.

Broad Survey:
11 people did know what
horizons is and 9 people
didn’t know what it was.
Recommendations:
• Need to get more followers on Instagram and continue to post more
photos on there.
• On all current social media outlets could be posted more and maybe
stories about the volunteers that volunteer. Especially have story
from the millennials that volunteer there.
• Have pictures of the volunteers that help the people that struggle in
life. Keep the respect with clients if they personal problems.
Action:
• Talk to horizons to about adding Snap Chat for Horizons because they
advertise the company.
• Then add more millennials type events so they can help volunteer.
