Everyone needs the latest version of the watch document to improve visibility and access to information without having to search emails. A wiki allows all information to be on one page that is accessible by everyone at any time and lets people attach documents and emails so everyone can easily see the information and make updates. Changes do not require resending emails and people can view updates without searching emails.

the document, and then send it to whoever needs the document. Then when changes are made
they do not have to send the email back to everyone to be stored in their email only to have to
