Her facial expressions when she was talking about college seemed to point to nostalgic
memories.
She smiled and laughed when she talked about interviewing for her first job - at how
nervous and worried she was at the time.
She sat straighter and closer to me when she was talking about how much she learned
from her first job and how much she has grown.

3. THINK and FEEL:
She seems appreciative for where she is at at this point in her life.
She is eager to continue to do better.
There seems to be a bit of regret for not taking more risks during her first few years of work.
She is a helpful person, wanting to teach me about her mistakes that she made in the past.
Career is very important to her.This can be heard through her tone of voice when she talks
about it.

4. PROBLEM STATEMENT: A curious, hardworking, detail-oriented
valuation analyst, who is efficient and personable needs a way to
become promoted at her company because it will give her more
responsibilities and keep her working hard.

more challenged and take on more
responsibilities at work.
