As an Agent, Agency Manager, and Agency Field Executive I was fortunate to be a 20 time Ambassador/Millionaire traveler, appoint 5 agents who advanced to Agency Leadership positions, and qualify for numerous company and industry awards. Our AFO was also the first to write 1000 life applications in one month. <br />ActionCOACH is a natural career progression for me.   3. 3. About John Murray…<br />John Murray recently completed a 25 year career with State Farm, mostly in the Texas zone. During his tenure he achieved President’s Club status in Life in 2006 (top 50 out of 17,500 agents), when he placed over $200,000 in life premium and finished in the top 10 in the country. As a field executive in Connecticut, John’s AFO was in the top 5 in national multi-line ranking; achieving a number one ranking in mid 2008. <br />“My focus as a manager of insurance agents was always to help them realize that the insurance business should be fun as well as lucrative. I worked with them on sales techniques, activities for profitable growth and retention of key clients. On many occasions, I participated in joint work with the agent; meeting with key clients, evaluating their strategy, and advising them on steps moving forward that would help them achieve their goals. I had similar focus during my 10 years as an agent. <br />“Coaching is an intriguing calling for me.
