• Exposure: Artist will build relationship with
fans by releasing free and exclusive content
through various major music streaming
services and social media platforms, email
blasts, giveaways (merchandise), in-store
signings and live performances.
• Engage: All promotional channels will be the
main source of engagement in which fans will
be directed to the artists official website where
they can sign up to receive free newsletters
which entail the latest news regarding the artist
and information about giveaways, events, music
and visual releases, etc.
• Sales: At the click of a link, the email auto-
responding system will direct consumers to
distribution platforms and artist website where
they will be prompted to make a purchase or
stream content with a plethora of bonus options
ranging from additional exclusive content to
merchandise.
PRE-RELEASE STRATEGY
By engaging fans via Instagram Live, artist will encourage fans to
subscribe to email list as well as YouTube. Raffles, giveaways, live events
and free download limited time offers will be available in attempt to
increase Instagram audience 56% (1400 - 2500), amass 150 Email
subscriptions and 150 YouTube subscribers within first 90 days leading in
to project cycle.

Raffle Tickets Downloads Giveaways Live Events
• Once subscribed to Email list, autoresponder will automatically enter fans in raffle for tickets to
Rolling Loud Festival.
• Free content downloads will be issued to top 10 fans that compete in the Instagram Video
Challenge for lead-single.
• Artist will gift fan with most comments in content throughout the YouTube channel with gift
package of Khemistry-signed apparel.
• Fans that subscribed to YouTube channel, email list and Instagram will be emailed limited edition
tickets to a private live pre-album release experience.
RELEASE STRATEGY
Through aggressive marketing campaigns on Instagram,
subscription contests/raffles, live events and free merch
giveaways, we will:
• Increase traffic, amass over 15k streams on YouTube
• 10k+ streams on Soundcloud, Spotify and Audiomack
• Sell 100+ singles
• 100+ digital albums
• Build a following on Tik Tok and Triller
• Increase email/fan mail subscriptions by +40%
RELEASE TACTICS
• Upon release of EP, subscribers will receive newsletter link to purchase via artist website or
Apple Music.
• Approximately at 12AM on release date, all pre-orders will be released with exclusive album art
and additional material.
• Unveiling of music videos will be hosted by artist and raffle winners at secret location.
• A physical copy album signing pop-up shop will take place day of release at a Mom and Pop
shop in Downtown Chicago.
• Exclusive album release party for all subscribers, pre-orderers and followers on release night.
• Promote Tik Tok and Triller pages on Instagram Live twice a week for a month leading up to
release.
POST-RELEASE STRATEGY
Through newsletter updates, Instagram live promotions,
performances, pop-up shops we will continue to expand
the project cycle.
• Amass +20k YouTube, Soundcloud and Audiomack views
• Sell over 250 items in merchandise
• Sell +300 tickets to live events
• Sell +50 physical copies (CD/Vinyl)
POST-RELEASE TACTICS
• In attempt to keep the momentum of the project cycle alive, we will reach out
to all press and PR contacts to secure interviews, panels and other promo
opportunities.
• Month after release, announce Mid-West tour dates with free ticket contests.
• Continue to post content from performances on all platforms.
• Continue to keep subscribers updated via newsletters and IG live.

SALES FUNNEL EXPOSURE ENGAGE SALES • Exposure: Artist will build relationship with fans by releasing free and exclusive content through various major music streaming services and social media platforms, email blasts, giveaways (merchandise), in-store signings and live performances. • Engage: All promotional channels will be the main source of engagement in which fans will be directed to the artists official website where they can sign up to receive free newsletters which entail the latest news regarding the artist and information about giveaways, events, music and visual releases, etc. • Sales: At the click of a link, the email auto- responding system will direct consumers to distribution platforms and artist website where they will be prompted to make a purchase or stream content with a plethora of bonus options ranging from additional exclusive content to merchandise.
  • 3. PRE-RELEASE STRATEGY By engaging fans via Instagram Live, artist will encourage fans to subscribe to email list as well as YouTube.
