Having the connection with loyal sponsors

not immediately uploaded to the
streaming service on Thursday night.”
Spotify users were actually very upset for
the delay that many threatened to switch
to Apple Music and about 5% did switch.
As well as some customers were upset
about the excessive ads.
Technical difficulties made Spotify pay the
price.

11. Spotify vs. Apple Music (refer to previous slide)
Both companies are very close and both offer your money worth.
However, referring to the previous chart Spotify tends to offer more options that
can be beneficial especially for students. The bundle for getting Hulu and
Showtime in addition to ad. free music can be very ideal when thinking of saving
up.
You can be either a Spotify fan or Apple Music fan. Little number of people
sometimes choose to have both just because of the small difference they have.
12. What I learned
- Comparing the two companies
and learning more about each
one was astonishing I myself are
a Spotify user so I did not know
much about Apple Music.
- - Paid, earned, and owned media
is about grabbing your customers
attention and turning them into
promoters to your brand. Which
is how Spotify used its’ sponsor
(Ellen) for potential customers.
