Dealing with change and more importantly, the impact of change is a high
priority for all organizations. The Change Management Certification has
been developed by APMG in partnership with the Change Management
Institute (CMI), an independent, global professional association of Change
Managers.
Business Relationship Management (BRM) embodies a set of
competencies (knowledge, skills, and behaviors) to foster an effective
business value-producing relationship between a service provider and its
business partners. These competencies can be leveraged through
organizational roles (e.g. in an IT organization, the CIO typically has a role

Lean IT is an extension of Lean Principles, applied in an IT environment.

PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-based
approach for project management providing an easily tailored and scalable
method for the management of all types of projects. The method is the de-
facto standard for project management in the UK and is practiced
worldwide.
Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) was developed as a best
practice guide on Programme Management. The guide comprises a set of
Principles and a set of Processes for use when managing a programme.
MSP represents proven programme management best practice in the
successful delivery of transformational change through the application of
programme management.
The focus of agile project management is on developing solutions
incrementally enabling project teams to react effectively to changing
requirements, whilst empowering project personnel and encouraging
increased collaboration and ownership. The guidance is based on DSDM
Consortium's Agile Project Framework and is underpinned by DSDM's
eight principles for effective agile project delivery.

COBIT 5 is the latest edition of ISACA's globally accepted framework. It
provides an end-to-end business view of the governance of enterprise IT,
reflecting the central role of information and technology in creating value
for enterprises of all sizes. The principles, practices, analytical tools and
models found in COBIT 5 embody thought leadership and guidance from
business, IT and governance experts around the world.
The Sourcing Governance Foundation course provides a basic knowledge
of what the main concepts of Outsourcing and Sourcing Governance are
and how they can be applied. Best practice shows that implementing and
operating a Sourcing Governance Function will require staff awareness
and understanding of the key principles and concepts of outsourcing and
sourcing governance. In this course an interactive approach is used
