LEADERSHIP From 2012 through 2016 participated in The Path of Lead supervisor
assistance program for Walmart.
From 2009 through 2016 qualified as a T3 trainer for Wal-Mart. This
includes the responsibility of communicating and training of others
(including new maintenance employees) to perform operational tasks
accurately and safely. Proactively provide advice, guidance, and training, of
less senior maintenance mechanics, and inspects the work of others.
