 Head the plant operations including Technical, commercial & Administrative
Functions.
 Plan for enhancing plant capacity, cost competitiveness, quality, in all areas of
operation as per marketing requirements
 Planning & Budgeting
 New Capex projects planning, feasibility study, detailed project report, engineering
plans, getting sanctions from Management, scheduling and implementation.
 Lead in creating Operational Excellence by ensuring highest quality, productivity, and
safety with cost optimization.
 Review preventive & predictive plans-Planned shut down as per schedules.

3.  Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain Management.
 Lead in Management of Accounts, Inventories and commercial Functions.

boilers, Turbines, chillers, Belt Conveyor, Hydraulics, Vacuum pump, Blowers,

controls Weigh Systems, well versed with the maintenance process and asset
management, able to understand the detailed drawings, piping and layout diagrams
Exp. in maintenance and trouble shooting of Hydraulic equipment or hydraulic
system . Have exposure in resolving critical problem related to power plant,
Hydraulic motors, Hydraulic valves, Hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders etc. able to
