In 2019 the Formula 1 Race was be conduct in Abu Dhabi so for
attracting the tourists king make long Beach.
Then king of Abu Dhabi asked the Mohamad Khalifa to make an
iconic building on the Beach.
Muhammad Khalifa was then a Chairman of Culture and
Tourism.

The Founder of Aldar Head Quarter was Muhmad
Khalifa Al Mubarak.
He was the Chairman of Tourism and Culture.

It is located in Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi, United
Arab Emirates.
The building is visible from the Dubai-Abu Dhabi
highway, which is used by commuters and travelers in
their thousands every day.

CONSTRUCTION
The design was started in 2007.
Construction was started in 2007 then it was completed in
about 2010 in January.
When challenged to create an iconic structure on Al Raha
beach, MZ Architects decided to create a simple building that
would possess the calm, ideal beauty of classical
architecture while also having considerable expressive
power, a building that would compete with the iconic
architecture of the UAE.

CONSTRUCTION
The materials used to construct the spherical building
of Aldar HQ (Head Quarters) are mostly recycled
glass, steel and concrete
Foundation was made on the man made island.

CONSTRUCTION
At 14 months into the project, steel structure erected
to the fourth floor. Concrete elements, such as stairs,
columns and even the bathrooms were prefabricated.
Glasses that was used are curved with triangle
shapes.

The Aldar Headquarters designed by MZ Architects has a
distinctive and innovative design: a semispherical building
comprising two circular convex shaped facades linked by a
narrow band of indented.
