• QurBook is our one-stop shop mobile
application for all patient healthcare
needs. Here, patients can see their care
regimen, adherence, vitals, appointments,
health documents and so much more.
• Patients can also talk to Sheela to get help
or gain insight on their health journey.
QurBook also enables access for
caregivers in the app. This helps the whole
family understand the steps to improving
each other's health. Available on iOS and
Android.

1. Open the play store or App Store and type “qurbook”
app name with small letters without giving space.

1. Once the app is installed kindly Click on Signup
option

• First Name
• Last Name
• Phone Number
• Email ID
• Create New Password

registered mobile number
• Enter the OTP and click on Verify option to enter
the main screen

• If you forgot the password, you could click on
forgot passwordoption to recreate the new
passwordto log in.

• You can Change the timings of the activities by clicking
on the setting icon on right side of the screen
• Once you do any activity for the day, you have to

healthcare assistant. Sheela helps you
and guides you at every single step
with your activities, queries and tasks.
• Activate Sheela
• Step 1- Go to Home screen and click
on the ‘Sheela’ icon at the bottom
• Step 2- Sheela Screen will open in
front of you. Click on ‘Start now’
