This mobile application called SeCr is currently in development to support caregivers of stroke patients. It allows social communication, task management, health management, and information support. Users can access it through a provided link on their mobile device. The interface includes options for communication, profile management, health monitoring apps, notifications, and task management. The application is part of a study and will be removed after completion to prevent ongoing use since it does not replace medical advice.

When you access SeCr, you would be
presented with the Social Media
Communication page. Using this page you
could communicate with other caregivers
and medical professional regarding your
healthcare needs and questions.
These questions can be shared using the
Post Input on the top of the page

The bottom menu consists of options

your profile including:

• Editing your profile photo
• Editing your profile information
• Adding other caregivers to your page –
this allows you to share tasks with
other caregivers
Further, you can view all your past posts
within your profile page

activity on the platform to provide
around the clock information support. All
information provided is from reliable
sources and has been verified by a
medical professional.

Personal and Survivor Health Management includes a
collection of several health monitoring apps including
• Blood Pressure
• Heart Rate
• Blood Glucose
• Physical Activity, and
• Weight
You would need to add the app that best suits your need
and continue to monitor your health and the health of
your loved one’s
As this app is still in the early stages of its development,
the app only supports manual input. In the future, we
hope to include wearable devices to ensure easy data
collection.
