Over the past year,Jackson has worked as a Gap Volunteer here at Colfe’s Preparatory and
Senior School. He has been heavily involved in many areas of the school including the PE department,
Administration Department,Drama Department and the Maintenance Department.
Jackson has brought incredible levels of energy, enthusiasm and professionalism into everything that
he has taken on at the school and this has had a tremendous impact on all of the students and staff that
he has worked with.
Jackson has taken on various responsibilities during his time at Colfe’s School including:
 coaching and managing various football, rugby and cricket teams
 working as part of the PE department to deliver high level teaching and coaching
 helping to plan and organise school trips and lessons
 administrative and organisational tasks for school activities
He is confident when teaching small and large groups of students and has excellent communication
skills. Jackson shows great initiative and is able to quickly respond to the ever changing demands of
day-to-day school life. He is punctual and has impeccable attendance. He is confident, reliable, and
always positive.
I have been really impressed with how Jackson takes constructive feedback and uses to progress both
professionally and personally and we are going to be very sad to see him leave. I would willingly re-
employ Jackson in a heartbeat as he exceeded all expectations at the school and has left a very
impressive mark.
