What drives value? Philosophy What one decides to be valuable or not valuable What one decides to be important or not important What one decides to be true or false … Value is not black / white More / less valuable More / less important What about true's?
Philosophy Is not universal My / His / Her  Is multidimensional Me Family / relation Work / market place Society Spirituality Universe Is shaped by Genetic information Intellectual input Emotional input Culture
The key questions… Why one thinks something is Valuable / not valuable True / false Important  / not important Am I conscious about my answers? Am I searching for my answers? Knowledge Own experiences Other people experiences
What is valuable For a customer For a supplier For our organization For different departments For me
Attitude It is not enough to know “what and why”… it is important how one feels about it! Attitude =  emotions = feelings About past About future About you (everybody) About me About everything…
Attitude Positive (excitement) Negative (complain / depression) Indifferent (who cares) Magnitude makes the difference
Emotional education Our attitude should serve us, not embarrass us! One man does not make a symphony orchestra. It is impossible to feel positive if there is no negativity, like you can not have victory without existence of defeat.
Labor – the miracle maker It is not only what we know and how we feel about it – but what we do with it! Wisdom and good attitude not invested in labor are wasted! So… Do what you can… Do the best you can… Practice makes master The law of averages…
Discipline / time management  What is easy to do is also easy not to do! Discipline accelerates not only labor but also attitude. The best discipline is self discipline. Do not spend major time on minor thinks! What is your ratio on labor versus rest?
Skills and tools You can chop wood with a hammer, but will it be effective? The most important skills: Communication Languages, words Listening,  Sales Finding good people Building a team Recognition
Result  Is the name of the game… Be honest about the results with yourself! Numbers tell the whole story… Make measurable progress in reasonable time! The clue is to invest the results in the future Good results Bad results
Invest the results To create better service To create better product To increase productivity To become better Partner Father Leader … To create better life To create extraordinary lifestyle To create added value!
