Searches
» Regular searches are initiated by a user
and displayed as ‘search_reg’
» Federated or automated searches are
displayed as ‘search_fed’
Result clicks
» performed by the user when viewing
database search results
» can include clicking on links to external
resources such as link resolvers
Record views
» successful request for a full database
record or detailed metadata
» from a set of search results, browsing the
database, or a click on another database
record

»Access denied
» User is denied access to content
» May be due to ‘no licence’, ‘turnaway’ or
