• Most people who bully, harass,
intimidate or hurt other people are
themselves victims of these kind
of violence at home or in the
environment they are in

• Who may be alone
• Wrong company in battling with
life’s problems
• Dealing with all the confusions of
adolescence

• Learning to get along with friends
and both sexes
• Accepting one’s physical body and
keeping it healthy
• Becoming more self-sufficient
• Making decisions about marriage and
family life

• Preparing for a job or career
• Acquiring a set of values to guide
behavior
• Becoming socially responsible

Happen? (VICTIMS)
• The usual targets of any form of violence
are:
• Timid
• Quiet
• Shy
• Frail-looking
• Homely
• Physical or mentally handicapped and;
• The unpopular one
Why do School Violence
Happen? (VICTIMS)
• The bullied may equate school life with endless
fears and anxiety may lead to:
• Psychosomatic illness
• Sleeplessness
• Nightmares
• Panic attacks
• Develop poor-self worth
• Show avoidance behavior
• Poor academic performances
• Absenteeism
• Dropping out
How do We STOP School
Violence?
• Self- awareness (internally and
externally)
• Proper nurturance and protection
• Think you are unique. It makes you
interesting and exciting combination
among humans
• Ability to identify what is correct and
wrong (decision making)
