What is AD ’visory? AD ’visory is a program designed to support Newly Qualified Chartered Accountants who are considering their options after qualification. The course consists of a series of one to one meetings and workshops to guide you through what can be an uncertain process.
Exploring all of the Options Our experienced consultants are trained to identify and challenge your future ambitions whilst presenting you with all the possible routes to achieve them. This approach ensures you make a considered and measured decision which ultimately allows you to achieve your goals in the most efficient time frame possible.
Marketing Yourself to Employers The way you market yourself to potential employers can be the difference between you getting that interview or not. Through one to one CV workshops we will help to ensure your CV represents you in the best way possible, with the most immediate impact.
Approaching the Market By proactively approaching the market with an agreed target list of potential employers, we will create opportunities for you before they even exist. Our knowledge of the local market and the relationships we have with our clients, enables us to effectively represent you to the region’s leading employers.
Preparation for Interviews Often candidates we support have no experience of what to expect or how to prepare for a professional interview. Your consultant will train you in competency based interviews as well as support you in how to prepare and conduct yourself on the day. We will be there to support and guide you through the process including any additional support needed through feedback from the client.
