I have 15 years of customer service experience managing front desk areas. I have worked for
various Law Firms and Corporate Groups and been exposed to numerous switchboard systems. I
am usually the first point of contact for Vendors, Contractors and Guests. I am familiar with
processing maintenance requests, courier services, deliveries, scheduling conference rooms and
appointments, leasing inquiries, visitors and guest services.
Currently, I am employed at Capitol Concierge as an on-call Corporate Concierge. I manage
front desk areas in Commercial and Residential office buildings distributing visitor passes,
signing in couriers, giving general information to the public and providing superior customer
service. I have assisted in the training of new Concierges. I am familiar with the planning of
Lobby events, obtaining catering services, general sales and marketing products. I have strong
