2. STEP 1:
Enter Employee and
Login into F2A2
application
Select My Job List

3. STEP 2:
Click On De-installation
tab.
Select your De-installation
ticket.
OR
Search your de-
installation ticket.

4. STEP 3:
After you select or
search your de-
installation ticket.
Ticket will get open.

5. STEP 4:
In ‘does the
merchant use any
POS terminal other
than Mswipe?’
Select: YES/NO.
Then
In Status tab,
Select: Complete.

6. STEP 5:
Select: ‘DISPOSITION
REMARKS’.
THEN
Enter: From LOCATION To
LOCATION,
Enter: KM
Enter: Total AMOUNT.
THEN
Enter: ACTION TAKEN/
REMARK.
STAMP
DEVICE
IC COPY
SIGNATURE

7. STEP 6:
After rechecking all the
details
CLICK ON SUBMIT
TAB
And
SELECT MERCHANT
MOBILE NUMBER.
Click on down arrow.

8. STEP 7:
Last step is to click on OK
after submitting all the
correct and complete
details.
