SOP of Brand EMI for Sourcing

1. SOP of Brand EMI for New Sourcing from F2A2 App
Process flow of Merchant app: -
1. Login Merchant app with provided user credential of Sales Demo.
2. Go to Brand EMI tab and select product as Mswipe (No cost EMI)

2. 3. Then select product as listed below from Bank Box Family.
The Bank Box Wisepd G2/Bank Box Wisepad G2 Plus/ATM Express is coming soon.
4. Click on yes to continue without connecting the device.

3. 5. Amount automatically reflect on the screen then click on next tab. Do not edit the amount
proceed as same.
6. Select card holder bank and enter first 6 digits of card or select card series.
7. Then select tenure based on reflecting on screen.

4. 8. Then click on I agree and go next.
9. To generate token>Swipe to reveal token and then go for token sale in device.

5. 10. Click on token/EMI Sale then enter the token no in device.
11. Review transaction amount and confirm to proceed next and input mobile no.

6. 12. Swipe/Insert/tap the card on device.
13. Post successful completion of transaction. Go to Merchant app under report section.
14. Then go to history tab and see brand emi transaction and write down voucher no.

7. Process flow of F2A2 app: -
1. Go to collect payment.
2. Then select mode of payment as Brand EMI.
3. Then enter last 9 digit of voucher no and click next.

8. Please note the below business category merchant is not eligible for Brand EMI service activation.
