2. INTRODUCTION ABOUT THE FOUNDATION
InfoSec Foundation is a non-profit Foundation dedicated in creating mass awareness, exchange ideas among
different stake holders like Govt., Banks, Police, Corporate, in order to define best practices for industry and
creating a road-map for Cyber Security, Information Security, Data Security. We have sofar Six Chapters namely
Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, North-East and Dhaka. Two more chapters in Dubai and Kualalalpur are
getting started very soon.
Working as the voice of citizen where we bring in all stakeholders together to create a more aware and
responsive ecosystem. Connect and extend initiatives that have not reached the targeted audiences, find gaps
and demand raise the silent voice so that it reaches the ears of policy makers and functionaries focused on broad
based and citizen centric awareness programs and initiative.
The foundation is about six years old and we have worked very closely with all stake holders in the Cyber
Community since inception with the one and one mission of spreading awareness
In the mission of spreading Citizen Awareness, we have already taken many steps pan India basis apart from our
initiatives in Bangladesh, Africa and United Kingdom.
Inline with the journey, we are back with our flagship event ”Cyber Security Congress” in Physical form in four
Cities As pandemic situation is under control.
