WHAT MEANS TO BE ENTREPRENEUR?
METHOD: PRESENTATION - To expose the participants to the main ideas in social
entrepreneurship, including social innovation, the distinction between a social economy
and a social enterprise, different types of social enterprises, and business development
for social enterprises.

METHOD: BRAINSTORMING AND GROUP DISCUSSION
Discussion on the typology of social enterprises - cooperatives, mutuals, non-profit
organizations, limited liability companies. The presentation describes main types of
social business and will offer some examples. The discussion aims to identify various
typologies of social business in the participants’ countries.
The discussion will be focused on two main issues:
1. What are the main differences between social business and a normal one?
2. What type of social business do you now in your country? Do they comply the main
characteristics of social business?

Discussion on results (are they as you expected?)
1.division of group that have the same characteristic, give them a simple excercise, and
give them time to solve it (A PAPER WITH PROBLEM and they have to find solution)
2.division of group that have different characteristic give them a simple excercise, and
give them time to solve it (A PAPER WITH PROBLEM and they have to find solution)

Result : 100% of grooup with differengt personalities solved the problem in less time
and with less difficulties

BUSINESS CANVA MODEL:

-Customer Segments
-Channels
-Customer Relationships.
Participants received information about The Business Model Canvas as an explanation
of a strategic management tool and framework that is used to describe, design, and
analyze how a business creates, delivers, and captures value. It was explained that The
Business Model Canvas consists of nine key building blocks that represent different
aspects of a business, but during the first day activities main focus was about; Customer
Segments/ Channels/ Customer Relationships.
METHOD: CASE STUDY
(30 min.) Examine real-world instances of successful companies to determine how they
split their markets and made good use of channels.
METHOD: GROUP DISCUSSION
Business Application (30 minutes) group feedback and discussions on selecting
channels and market segments.
METHOD: EVALUATION AND FEEDBACK
The trainer give to each participant 5 minutes to think about 5 words that explain a
feedback of the daily training. Each word has to answer to 1 question:

SECOND DAY
THE BUSINESS CANVA MODEL
METHOD: QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (15 MINUTES).
Give everyone a chance to ask and answer questions. A 15-minute action plan. Each
participant provides a detailed plan of action for how they will improve their consumer
segments and distribution channels for their company.
METHOD: SUMMARY (15 MINUTES) RECAP OF THE MAIN POINTS.
To keep working on their Business Model Canvas.
METHOD: CASE STUDIES AND BUSINESS EXAMPLES.
Analysis of a case study (30 min). Look at actual examples of prosperous businesses to
learn how they segmented their markets and effectively used channels.
METHOD: GROUP FEEDBACK AND DISCUSSIONS on choosing channels and market
segments for a business application (30 minutes).
METHOD: QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (15 MINUTES).
Give everyone a chance to ask and answer questions. A 15-minute action plan.
Each participant offers a thorough action plan for how they will expand their company's
customer base and distribution networks.

BUSINESS CANVA MODEL:

-KEY PARTNERSHIP
GOALS: Recognize the importance of crucial assets and partnerships in a business
model. Determine the different partners and resources that can have an impact on your
company. Learn to manage partnerships and resources in a smart manner.
METHOD: CASE STUDY (30 min.)
Examine real-world instances of successful companies to determine how they split their
markets and made good use of channels.Discuss the significance of the many sorts of
resources (physical, intellectual, human, and financial).
Describe the Business Model Canvas's "Key Partnerships" box in detail.
Discuss the significance of the many sorts of resources (physical, intellectual, human,
and financial). Discuss the significance of several sorts of partnerships (supplier, co-
branding, and strategic alliances).
Resource and Partnership Alignment (10 minutes)
Stress the importance of coordinating alliances and resources with consumer groups
and value propositions.

Share succinct real-world case studies of companies renowned for their collaborations

To determine your own strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, perform a
SWOT analysis. Apply SWOT analysis to your professional and personal growth.
METHOD: COPERATIVE LEARNING AND WEB SEARCH
Workshop time: three hours
Make a SWOT analysis of the nation or area where participants are from
Country/Region SWOT Analysis (45 minutes) Group players according to their various
nations or areas. Participants work in groups to complete a SWOT analysis of the
nation or region, taking into account economic, political, social, and technological
aspects.

FIFTH DAY
CREATE YOUR START UP – MORNING
METHOD: COPERATIVE LEARNING AND WEB SEARCH
On Start-up ecosystems in Europe
The questions the participants should answer in their national team are the
following:
Question 1: What is the national strategy of your government regarding start-ups and
youth entrepreneurship?
Question 2: What is the strategy of the Education/Labour Ministry regarding early
entrepreneurship education?
Question 3: Who are the main providers of entrepreneurship education in your country?
List 3 to 10 public, private and non-profit entities actively involved in creating learning
contexts for young people.
Question 4: What public/private grants are available for young people to launch their
start-ups at national/ international level?
Question 5: What are struggles that youth entrepreneurs from your country face?
Question 6: Name few private companies that support entrepreneurship education
through Corporate Social Responsibility programmes, hackatons, accelerators.
Question 7: List 1-5 start-up hubs from your country and what type of services they
provide for new entrepreneurs.
Question 8: List 5-10 successful startups developed by young entrepreneurs under 30
years old based on the following structure; - Name of the founder, - Industry, - Aim of
the startup, - Products/Services.
Question 9: What are the industries who have the biggest potential to develop? Or the
ones that developed in an accelerated way?
Question 10: Which are the top 3 cities who have an encouraging climate for
entrepreneurs? Why?
Question 11: List 3-5 projects/programmes initiated by non-profit organisations with
the topic: social entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education.
FIFTH DAY
CREATE YOUR START UP – AFTERNOON
METHOD: GAME
Pitching Your Crowdfunding Campaign
Workshop time: one hour
Goals of the workshop: Recognize the foundations of convincingly pitching ideas to
potential investors on crowdfunding websites. Discover how to use the Business Model
Canvas to organize a pitch.
Learn how to write a clear and persuasive pitch.
Workshop schedule: Initialization (5 minutes)
Greeting everyone and outlining the goals of the workshop. The Business Model
Canvas's Function (10 minutes). Describe the Business Model Canvas in detail as a tool
for organizing a crowdfunding pitch.
Describe how it aids in the clarification of your value proposition and business
model. The Pitch (10 minutes)
Describe the essential components of a compelling crowdfunding pitch:
Issue Statement. Solution. Market Potential Revenue Model Progress. (Funding
Objective and Benefits) - The fourth step, pitch creation (15 minutes),
Give advice on how to write a clear, compelling narrative.
Insist on the significance of a concise and interesting story. A 15-minute interactive
exercise in pitch creation. Participants can either work alone or in pairs.
Use a condensed version of the Business Model Canvas to develop a succinct pitch for
their crowdsourcing campaign. Teamwork (10 minutes)
The group hears the participants' pitches.
METHOD: DISCUSSION AND QUESTION:
Encourage the ideas and criticism of your peers. Discussion and questions (10 minutes)
Give everyone a chance to ask questions and engage in dialogue about submitting ideas
to crowdfunding websites.
METHOD: SUMMARIZE THE MAIN POINTS
Motivate participants to keep honing their proposals and look into crowdfunding as a
possible source of funding.
METHOD EVALUATION AND FEEDBACK
The participants are in a circle and each participant has time to express his emotion,
doubts, fear and expectation (failed or reached) of the 5 days’ training.
At the end the trainer close the session giving them the partecipation certificate and the
link with the resourses used during the training.

METHOD: PRESENTATION - To expose the participants to the main ideas in social entrepreneurship, including social innovation, the distinction between a social economy and a social enterprise, different types of social enterprises, and business development for social enterprises. Key terms for social entrepreneurship Main characteristics of social business METHOD: BRAINSTORMING AND GROUP DISCUSSION Discussion on the typology of social enterprises - cooperatives, mutuals, non-profit organizations, limited liability companies. The presentation describes main types of social business and will offer some examples. The discussion aims to identify various typologies of social business in the participants’ countries. The discussion will be focused on two main issues: 1. What are the main differences between social business and a normal one? 2. What type of social business do you now in your country? Participants received information about The Business Model Canvas as an explanation of a strategic management tool and framework that is used to describe, design, and analyze how a business creates, delivers, and captures value. It was explained that The Business Model Canvas consists of nine key building blocks that represent different aspects of a business, but during the first day activities main focus was about; Customer Segments/ Channels/ Customer Relationships. METHOD: CASE STUDY (30 min.) Examine real-world instances of successful companies to determine how they split their markets and made good use of channels. Determine the different partners and resources that can have an impact on your company. Learn to manage partnerships and resources in a smart manner. METHOD: CASE STUDY (30 min.) Examine real-world instances of successful companies to determine how they split their markets and made good use of channels.Discuss the significance of the many sorts of resources (physical, intellectual, human, and financial). Describe the Business Model Canvas's "Key Partnerships" box in detail. Discuss the significance of the many sorts of resources (physical, intellectual, human, and financial). METHOD: COPERATIVE LEARNING AND WEB SEARCH On Start-up ecosystems in Europe The questions the participants should answer in their national team are the following: Question 1: What is the national strategy of your government regarding start-ups and youth entrepreneurship? Question 2: What is the strategy of the Education/Labour Ministry regarding early entrepreneurship education? Question 3: Who are the main providers of entrepreneurship education in your country? List 3 to 10 public, private and non-profit entities actively involved in creating learning contexts for young people. Question 4: What public/private grants are available for young people to launch their start-ups at national/ international level? Question 5: What are struggles that youth entrepreneurs from your country face? Question 6: Name few private companies that support entrepreneurship education through Corporate Social Responsibility programmes, hackatons, accelerators. Question 7: List 1-5 start-up hubs from your country and what type of services they provide for new entrepreneurs. Question 8: List 5-10 successful startups developed by young entrepreneurs under 30 years old based on the following structure; - Name of the founder, - Industry, - Aim of the startup, - Products/Services. Question 9: What are the industries who have the biggest potential to develop? Or the ones that developed in an accelerated way? Question 10: Which are the top 3 cities who have an encouraging climate for entrepreneurs? Why? Question 11: List 3-5 projects/programmes initiated by non-profit organisations with the topic: social entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education. FIFTH DAY CREATE YOUR START UP – AFTERNOON

METHOD: GAME Pitching Your Crowdfunding Campaign Workshop time: one hour Goals of the workshop: Recognize the foundations of convincingly pitching ideas to potential investors on crowdfunding websites. Discover how to use the Business Model Canvas to organize a pitch. Learn how to write a clear and persuasive pitch. Workshop schedule: Initialization (5 minutes) Greeting everyone and outlining the goals of the workshop. The Business Model Canvas's Function (10 minutes). Describe the Business Model Canvas in detail as a tool for organizing a crowdfunding pitch. Describe how it aids in the clarification of your value proposition and business model. The Pitch (10 minutes) Describe the essential components of a compelling crowdfunding pitch: Issue Statement. Solution. Market Potential Revenue Model Progress. (Funding Objective and Benefits) - The fourth step, pitch creation (15 minutes), Give advice on how to write a clear, compelling narrative. Insist on the significance of a concise and interesting story. A 15-minute interactive exercise in pitch creation. Participants can either work alone or in pairs. Use a condensed version of the Business Model Canvas to develop a succinct pitch for their crowdsourcing campaign. Teamwork (10 minutes) The group hears the participants' pitches. METHOD: DISCUSSION AND QUESTION: Encourage the ideas and criticism of your peers. Discussion and questions (10 minutes) Give everyone a chance to ask questions and engage in dialogue about submitting ideas to crowdfunding websites. METHOD: SUMMARIZE THE MAIN POINTS Motivate participants to keep honing their proposals and look into crowdfunding as a possible source of funding. METHOD EVALUATION AND FEEDBACK The participants are in a circle and each participant has time to express his emotion, doubts, fear and expectation (failed or reached) of the 5 days’ training. At the end the trainer close the session giving them the partecipation certificate and the link with the resourses used during the training.
