Revamping of Old Bag Houses
We at stallion don’t believe in making our clients spend without a cause. We ensure that current

efficient pulse jet bag filter-based system to meet new process conditions from existing levels to
50 (mg/Nm3)

Our team studied existing plant and based on the same suggested to change the
existing I/D FAN. After changing I/D FAN GCP is working smoothly

APC NAGPUR) Our team studied the existing plant and suggested modifications in the
existing Duct size and routing. Post modifications GCP is working smoothly

INDUCTION FURNACE Our team studied the existing plant and suggested to modify
the existing Duct size and routing and install new spark arrestor. After modification GCP

supplied by M/s Enviro Design Kolkata. Our team studied the existing plant and
suggested to modify the existing Bag House. We recommended increase no of
compartment, filter bags, duct size, duct routing and install new spark arrestor. After
modification GCP is working smoothly

MANUFACTURING FACILITY
With a view of catering to supply customized items with desired quality standards, Stallion
Envirocare Systems established plant at Bhare, Ghotawade Road on 3rd
June 2022.
This facility is just 30 km away from Pune Railway Station & 26 km away from Pune Airport.
It’s well connected by road for transport of heavy material is easier at this location.
Plant has a carpet area of 3600 Sq. Ft. Wide 16ft entrance & 32ft ceiling height makes us
accommodate and dispatch wide and tall equipment’s.
There is dedicated air conditioned office setup of 280 sq.ft with reception sitting, 10 workstations
for design/ drafting/ accounts/ manufacturing team members. It also has conference room for
focused group discussions.
Presently we are handing wide variety of fabrication and assembly work from this plant like –
