Inadequate infrastructure & services in rural areas

Poor connectivity and marketing system
• Bad roads and inadequate vehicles leads to poor transportation
• Poor pricing policies and storage facilities

Farmers of the agro-based country....

to market place to

instead they will
simply take a to

centre and can get

input like seeds,
fertilizers, machine and
tools, agricultural loan
etc. will be provided at a
subsidized rates so that
people don’t consider
agriculture, a job for
dropouts.

centre will be allotted a
fleet of vehicles
(number depending
upon population) for
proper transportation
and connectivity to the
market place.

all the weather and
forecasts so that a
farmers can be well

  • 5. 5 National committee State committee District committee Information centres in each electoral block Practical working of the plan A committee at national level will be drafted which will include leaders from two major political parties and highly qualified doctorate holders . A committee at state level will be formed including doctorate holders and master degree holders, answerable to national committee only. District level committee will be composed of master degree holders and some graduate, answerable to state and national committee. One information centre in each electoral block. It will comprise of a few graduate and other servicemen answerable to all above committees. PART-A
  • 6. 6 PART-B1. All the information centres will be equipped with electricity backup, internet and telephone facility and other facilities necessary for livelihood . 4. The farmers won't have to go to market place to cell there product, instead they will simply take a to the information centre and can get there payment. 5. All the agriculture input like seeds, fertilizers, machine and tools, agricultural loan etc. will be provided at a subsidized rates so that people don’t consider agriculture, a job for dropouts. 3. All the information centre will be allotted a fleet of vehicles (number depending upon population) for proper transportation and connectivity to the market place. 2. All the information centres will have one weather officer appointed for the propose of getting all the weather and forecasts so that a farmers can be well prepared for the upcoming situation .
